Frequently Asked Questions

Do you look after pets that aren't dogs or cats?

Yes! Although I specialise more in dog and cat care I am always open to looking after any pets you have. I have cared for bearded dragons, rabbits, fish and guinea pigs.

What happens in an emergency?

I always will request that you tell me your pets registered vet and the location. I have completed a course in Canine First Aid so I will do everything I can in smaller emergencys, but will go to a vet if the issue is something I can't fix myself. 

 

As I currently don't drive I will use Uber Pets to get me straight to the vets, or I reccomend that you provide me emergency contacts of trustworthy neighbours/ friends who can drive.

What areas do you cover?

My postcode is B27 but I cover all areas of Birmingham, and I also travel further if I am able to commute on public transport to that place. 

How do I pay for a service?

When you contact me about a booking we will go through all the options and choose what works best for you. These options include:

  • Tranfering money to me through PayPal or bank transfer. In some cases I will request a deposit before the sit
  • Booking and paying through Rover
